Overview
A Samsung fridge owner with a spent cartridge gets a replacement carbon block here, built to filter water at the dispenser. The pack holds two filters, a manual and stickers for tracking the swap date.
Two filters per order and two certifications make it a reasonable stock-up for one fridge, and the stickers help with scheduling. Compatibility is limited to named Samsung models, and the listing does not give a gallon or month rating.
Who it's for
A homeowner with a listed Samsung refrigerator who has already read the code off the old filter gets a simple swap. A buyer who cannot match a model, or wants a pitcher or faucet filter, should not order.
Pros and cons
- Two filters per pack
- Two certifications listed
- Install stickers included
- Lead-free carbon block
- Fits named Samsung models only
- Filter life not stated
- Compatibility list is cut off
Performance notes
The carbon block traps the compounds behind off tastes and smells as water is pushed through it, so a full seat in the housing matters more than the media alone. A cartridge that is not locked in can leak or let water bypass.
