Overview
Not a pitcher or faucet filter, the AQF-FF45 is a replacement cartridge for certain Samsung refrigerators, filtering dispenser water through a coconut carbon block. The pack holds four filters, install stickers and one manual.
Four cartridges per order cover repeated swaps for one fridge, and the stickers help track timing. The listing is short on performance data and names compatibility only, with no gallon or month rating.
Who it's for
A household with a listed Samsung fridge and several changes ahead gets the most from the multipack. A buyer who needs one spare, or has a non-Samsung model, should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Four filters per pack
- Coconut carbon block media
- Install stickers included
- NSF certification listed
- Fits named Samsung models only
- Filter life not stated
- Compatibility list is cut off
Performance notes
The carbon removes taste and odor compounds as water is forced through, and a snug fit in the fridge housing is what stops bypass. Past its service life the media is saturated and the improvement fades.
