Overview
Rubber dampening feet and UV-stabilized molded polymer panels form this rectangular box, with stainless steel hardware and a latch closure. The listing describes a polyester shell in a battleship grey finish.
The stated volume, the metal hardware and the maker's lifetime warranty are the reasons to look at it. The listing is silent on water resistance, divider layout and what mounting is supported.
Who it's for
A kayak or small boat angler carrying lures and tools in one rigid box suits a case like this. Someone who needs a sealed dry box, or a slim tray that fits a small bag, should choose another style.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel hardware
- Rubber dampening feet
- Water resistance not listed
- Divider layout not described
- Mounting options not listed
- Heavy for a tackle box
Performance notes
A latch closure holds the lid shut through bumps and wave action, and the rubber feet reduce slipping and noise on a hard deck. UV-stabilized panels resist sun damage over a season. No seal rating appears on the page, so keep electronics out of it.
