Overview
A truck shop or equipment yard gets a three quarter inch DeWalt impact wrench in a brushed black and yellow finish, built from a blend of materials. The listing names only the wrench as included.
Its strength is a large drive size for big fasteners from a cordless body. The limitation is a bare sheet with no output figures, and the tool is heavy to hold up for long.
Who it's for
Truck, trailer and heavy equipment fasteners are the sort of work this class of tool suits. Hobbyists, and anyone who needs figures before buying, should look at a listing with torque stated.
Pros and cons
- Large drive size
- Cordless twenty volt system
- Only the tool named as included
- Torque not listed
- Heavy to hold
Performance notes
The large drive sends force into large fasteners, and a battery of matching platform decides how long peak output lasts. Without a torque figure, the working range for big bolts is unknown.
