Overview
Mounting on a window, this compact camera and monitor kit watches a baby in a car interior or a nursery, and a universal mount adds placement options. Video is recorded in MP4, the camera focuses automatically and the kit runs from a power cord.
A flexible mount and color night vision make it usable in more than one room or vehicle. The limitation is the contradictions: wired, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi all appear, alerts cover motion only and the case is not water resistant.
Who it's for
Short drives and a nursery shelf are the two uses the listing names, with a window or universal mount in either place. Families who need a stated screen size, audio alerts or a clear wireless setup should choose a better-documented monitor.
Pros and cons
- Color night vision
- Window and universal mounts
- Car or nursery use
- Connection entries conflict
- Alerts are motion only
- Screen size not listed
Performance notes
Image detail comes from the high-definition CMOS sensor and the IR LEDs that light the scene for night color. Digital zoom crops the image rather than adding optical reach. Motion-only alerts mean the monitor reacts to movement, not to sound.
