Overview
In a classroom or on a hobby bench, this laser cut wood kit assembles into a sleek two-stage rocket with a transparent payload bay. The components field lists the rocket, launch system and recovery.
A clear payload section lets builders fly small objects or instruments and recover them afterward, which suits STEM projects. Skill demand is high, and the listing says nothing about engines or assembly time.
Who it's for
A hobbyist or teacher who has built rockets before will find a more involved two-stage build. Beginners should start with a simpler plastic kit.
Pros and cons
- Clear payload section
- Laser cut wood parts
- Launch system and recovery listed
- Advanced skill needed
- Engines not mentioned
- Assembly time not stated
Performance notes
A two-stage design ignites a second engine after the first burns out, which carries the rocket higher than a single stage. Alignment of wooden parts and secure staging decide how true the flight is, and the clear section lets a payload be seen in flight.
