Overview
A wide search coil on an extendable shaft feeds an LCD and a rechargeable lithium battery, so the detector can be charged between outings. Four modes and a metal build are listed for beach and shallow water hunting.
A rechargeable battery removes the alkaline cell shopping that older detectors need, and the stated runtime covers a long day. Depth and waterproofing details are thin, so deep or fully submerged use is uncertain.
Who it's for
Casual treasure hunters of mixed ages who want a rechargeable unit for sand, grass and shallow water are covered. Experienced detectorists seeking tuning options and published depth data should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Rechargeable lithium battery
- Long average battery life
- Depth claim is shallow
- No waterproof rating stated
- Target discrimination details absent
Performance notes
Search depth is set by coil size, target size and ground mineralization, and the listed depth is a best case figure for a coin sized target. Wet sand mineralization shifts readings, which the modes may offset. Sweeping slowly at a consistent height gives cleaner signals.
