Overview
A parent buying a first family sled gets steam-bent Ontario ash with a chain holding the front curve in shape. It is screwed together with no staples, and a braided pull rope helps with the walk back up the hill.
Traditional construction and hardwood make it a sled meant to be passed down. The listing does not state a weight limit and it is a plain wooden sled with no steering or brakes described.
Who it's for
Families who like traditional wooden sleds and want two kids to ride at once will like the look and rope. Riders who want steering, brakes or a listed weight capacity should look at other sleds.
Pros and cons
- Ontario ash hardwood
- Steam-bent traditional shape
- Screwed together, no staples
- Braided pull rope
- Weight limit not listed

Performance notes
The steam-bent front curve and chain hold the shape of the sled, and the pull rope handles the climb. Speed depends on snow, slope and rider weight.
