Overview
A sanding pad turned by a corded motor does the work on this Bosch model. The listing gives only electrical and speed figures, size and weight, and no detail on the pad or the dust path.
Corded power and a high speed rating suit sanding flat panels and trim without charging. The limitation is how little the listing says: no pad diameter, dust port or speed control.
Who it's for
Shop sanding where an outlet is close suits a plug-in unit. Shoppers who need battery freedom, a named pad size or confirmed dust collection should check a fuller listing.
Pros and cons
- Corded steady power
- Speed rating listed
- Light enough for one hand
- Pad size not listed
- Dust collection unspecified
- Variable speed not described
Performance notes
The pad spins while it orbits, which spreads scratches and lessens visible swirl marks. Speed rating and amperage set how fast it removes stock. The grit and pad choice, neither of which is described, decide the finish.
