Overview
Not a bare tool, this DEWALT jigsaw is listed with one lithium-ion battery in the box. A brushless motor drives the blade, blades change without a key, and a cutting angle is listed for beveled work.
The reason to buy is a ready-to-use kit with a brushless motor and tool-free blade swaps. The limitation is the missing stroke length, speed settings and charger details.
Who it's for
Home owners and contractors who cut curves and shapes and want power included will use it as sold. Anyone cutting thick or fine joinery should check stroke and orbital features first.
Pros and cons
- Keyless blade change
- Bevel angle listed
- Stroke length not listed
- Charger not named
- Speed settings not described
Performance notes
Keyless blade change speeds swaps between blade types. Battery capacity decides how long it runs per charge. Blade type and feed pressure decide cut quality.
