Overview
A belt lock-off clamps the vehicle belt on this Chicco seat, and LATCH gives a second install path. The listing gives metal, plastic and polyester as materials and infant as the age range.
Two ways to install give flexibility across vehicles. The limit is the weight capacity, which is modest and ends the seat's use within months.
Who it's for
New parents with a rear seat that has LATCH anchors or a usable belt will find either install route fits. A baby near the weight limit needs a convertible seat.
Pros and cons
- Two install methods
- Infant age range
- Low weight capacity
- Height limit not listed
- Base details not given
Performance notes
A lock-off clamps the belt tightly while LATCH attaches to the car's anchors, and both limit movement. Rear facing supports a young infant's back and neck.
