Overview
Hiccapop makes the UberBoost as a low seat that rests on the vehicle seat and is held by the seat belt. A polyester cover wraps a PVC bladder, and the listing mentions no latch system or base.
Belt installation and low weight make it easy to move between vehicles. The limitation is the thin description: age is given only as child, and nothing is said about a backrest or side support.
Who it's for
A school-age child inside the listed weight and height window, riding forward in a belted seat, is the situation described. A toddler below the minimum weight needs a different seat, as does anyone who wants latch anchors.
Pros and cons
- Seat belt installation
- Wide weight window stated
- Light for moving between cars
- Phthalate and lead free bladder
- Backrest not described
- Age given only as child
- Care instructions missing
- No latch system mentioned
Performance notes
The vehicle belt holds the seat and the child together, so fit depends on how the belt routes across the child's body. The height and weight limits set the usable window. The listing says nothing about side support.
