Overview
A Frontier bed gets a textured, skid-resistant floor from this mat, which rolls out inside the bed in about ten minutes and needs no tools. Unusually, this one is red.
The RCM525 protects a bare bed floor from scuffs and scrapes, and the red color sets it apart from a plain black mat. The year range is stated two ways in the listing, so verify it for the latest trucks.
Who it's for
Nissan Frontier drivers with an unlined bed who want rubber under their cargo. A lined bed or a different bed length needs another mat.
Pros and cons
- Cut for the Frontier bed
- Red color is distinctive
- Textured, skid-resistant face
- Installs with no tools
- Excludes drop-in bed liners
- Model years differ within the listing
- May carry trace fibers from recycled rubber
- Heavy to handle
Performance notes
The raised texture gives cargo grip so loads shift less on braking, and the rubber thickness cushions knocks from tools. The mat's weight and contoured shape hold it in place without fasteners.
