Overview
A finely textured Lycra cloth surface and a soft PU base do the work on this Mroco oval mouse pad, with a gel rest at the wrist edge. Reinforced edges guard against fraying and wear.
The reason to buy is the combination of gel wrist support and a surface the listing says tracks on wired, wireless, optical and mechanical mice. The limitation is that thickness and weight are not given, and gel pads can leak, which the seller addresses in its support terms.
Who it's for
Office and study use with a standard mouse is the target. Anyone using a wide sweep or a full-size keyboard mat should look at a bigger pad.
Pros and cons
- Gel wrist rest
- Lycra cloth surface
- Non-slip PU base
- Works with many mouse types
- Thickness not listed
- Weight not listed
Performance notes
The textured cloth gives consistent tracking for optical and mechanical sensors, per the listing. A soft PU base grips the desk so the pad does not slide. The gel layer cushions the wrist and raises it to mouse height.
