Overview
A workshop bench gets this corded five inch disc sander, supplied with sanding paper in a listed fine eighty grit. It spins at a high top speed and is sold under the DEKOPRO name.
Its strength is a simple, light corded sander with paper included. The limitation is the voltage: the listing gives a supply that does not match common US outlets, and nothing is said about dust collection or speed control.
Who it's for
Light sanding of small wood and craft projects is the sort of work the listing suggests. Buyers needing a tool for ordinary outlets, a dust bag or variable speed should check other models.
Pros and cons
- High spin speed
- Sanding paper included
- Corded steady power
- Five inch disc size
- Voltage may not suit US outlets
- Dust collection not listed
Performance notes
Sanding rate follows disc size, grit and spin speed, so the fine paper gives a smooth finish rather than fast removal. Because it is corded, output stays steady, but the matching higher voltage supply is required.
