Overview
A golf bag pocket or belt loop is where this MiLESEEY rangefinder is meant to ride, with a snap hook in the kit. The body is a black magnesium-aluminum alloy, and a USB-C cable is included.
A metal body and a long accessory list set it apart from plastic units. The listing states that batteries are not included, and it shows both a five year warranty and a ten year warranty card.
Who it's for
A player who carries the unit clipped to the bag and checks distances to the flag. Hunters and long-range shooters should not use it, since the listing names golf and a short range.
Pros and cons
- Snap hook for the bag
- Carrying case included
- User manual and quick start guide included
- Batteries not included
- Short measuring range
- Warranty length stated two ways
- Water resistance not listed
Performance notes
A laser pulse timed to the flag gives the distance, so a steady hold and a clear sight line decide how reliable the reading is. The metal body adds some protection in a bag, but the listing gives no water rating.
